Why run a workplace pool?
- Organic engagement: match conversation cuts across hierarchy levels. Director, manager and analyst all on the same chat.
- Brand identity: employees see your logo every day for a month inside the pool app.
- Internal comms: "pick deadline" push notifications can carry company messaging.
- Predictable cost: one-time payment, no subscription. It is a World Cup expense, not a recurring SaaS.
- HR analytics: participation by department, engagement rate, feed activity. Rich data for People Analytics reports.
