📅 Pick deadline
Picks lock automatically 10 minutes before the match starts. This deadline is fixed and applies to every pool — nobody can change it, not the organizer, not the participant. After that moment, no one can save or edit a pick.
👑 Champion Pick (Top 3)
When the organizer enables the champion pick on a pool, you choose your podium for the World Cup: 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Submission stays open until the deadline set in the pool. After that, it’s locked forever.
Top 3 points are added to the leaderboard only when the World Cup ends.
🏆 Scoring
Exact score awards 25 points. Smaller combinations (winner + margin, draw, winner-only) earn less. Single category per match — not cumulative.

🛡️ Anti-cheating
Every pick is saved with a precise server timestamp — clock-changing tricks do not work. Picks stay private to each player until the match starts; from kickoff onwards, every pool member sees everyone else’s picks. Full transparency, zero room for "but I had typed 2x1" arguments.
FAQ
Can I edit my pick after saving?+
Yes, until 10 minutes before the match starts. After that, picks are locked for everyone — not even the admin can edit. This deadline is fixed for every pool.
Can the organizer change the pick deadline?+
No. The deadline is a global Bolify rule: 10 minutes before every match. Nobody can change it — not the organizer, not the participant. Same rule for every pool.
What if I do not submit a pick?+
You earn 0 points for that match. There is no automatic default pick.
What if a match is postponed?+
Rescheduled match: your pick stays valid for the new date. Permanently cancelled: the match is removed from the leaderboard, nobody gains or loses points.
How does the tiebreaker work?+
1) Most exact scores. 2) Smallest aggregate goal difference vs actual results. Recalculated live on every goal — no waiting until full-time.
